Please be advised, If your pregnant when coming in to the surgery. Please make sure to ask the receptionist to book yourself into the Antenatal Appointment slot not a normal GP Appointment slot.

Child Health Clinics 

Tuesday 9:30am to 11:30am (drop in health visitor clinic) 

Thursday 9am to 11am (appointments only) 3pm to 5pm (health visitor appointments only)

Blood Test Clinic 

Weekdays 9am to 1pm by appointment.

Coil and Implant Clinics

By appointment weekly

Advice Worker

Wednesday 2pm to 5pm by appointment

Patient Advisor – drop in at reception

She can explain how you can get the help you need and give you information about local community schemes and practice services.

Practice Nurses:

• Advice on weight, diet, exercise, giving up smoking, alcohol
• Travel health (e.g. vaccinations, malaria tablets)
• Family planning (book with a GP if you will need to start or restart a contraceptive pill prescription)
• Ear wax and syringing
• Cervical cytology tests
• Diabetes checks and annual reviews
• Immunisations
• Dressings
• Removal of stitches

• Sexual health including HIV testing
• Pre-pregnancy planning and pregnancy testing
• Confidential referral for abortion
• Young people’s health advice
• Treatment for drug problems
• Mental health care
