From 1st August 2013 the Limehouse Practice introduced a new appointment system for our patients. Patients are now able to book either 10 or 15 minute appointment slots with their GP. Patients are also offered the option of booking timed 5 minute telephone consultation with their GP. We gave GPs protected triage time to ring back patients who required urgent appointments or telephone consultations.

We conducted a survey of the new appointment system with our patients to see if the system was working.
